Field Sales Agent
Contract · 1 month · Abuja / Lagos · No insurance background required — full training provided before deployment.
Myka Insurance Brokers is a licensed digital-first insurance broker making insurance more accessible, affordable, and transparent for Nigerians. You'll be on the ground daily, visiting markets and commercial areas across Abuja / Lagos, engaging business owners, walking them through the Myka Partner Programme, and getting them registered on the Myka app.
What you'll do
- Visit assigned markets and commercial districts across Abuja / Lagos daily
- Identify and engage prospective partners — phone retailers, electronics stores, car dealerships, pharmacies, mechanic workshops, and accessory businesses
- Pitch the Myka Partner Programme and demonstrate the mobile app on-site
- Guide business owners through registration and certification
- Hit a daily target of 10–15 certified partner registrations
- Distribute Myka marketing materials and submit daily activity reports
What we're looking for
You don't need insurance experience. You do need to be comfortable walking into a shop, starting a conversation, and closing a deal.
- Strong communication and people skills — you can talk to anyone
- Confidence approaching business owners and making a pitch
- A smartphone (required for app demonstration)
- Good knowledge of Abuja / Lagos's markets and commercial areas
- Self-motivation — this role is field-based with daily targets
